How can I trust that you will send me the product after making the payment?

Do not worry, because our online payment processor is PayUmoney and will not pay us till the product is delivered to you.

Do I need and account to order from you?

No. You can shop at coremite.com and checkout as guest.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?

Do you ship outside India?

For the time being we sell our products only in India.

What is your minimum order quantity?

WE have no minimum order quantity.

But any order with minimum cart value excluding Taxes & Shipping charges will be treated as Bulk Orders. All bulk order will receive a discount of 15% from the total cart value if the coupon code b15p is applied during checkout.

When and How will I get my refund in case of order cancellation?

You can cancel your order anytime before the order is shipped to you, which will happen in 48 hours from the time you gave the order.

A full refund will be made in such cases. The refund will be processed within 15 working days.

Refund will be made through the same payment method used while purchasing the products. Cheque will be issued to your billing address if you have made payment using Direct Cash Deposit/Cheque/Demand Draft (DD).

I have ordered a product which is not of any use or not required to me. Will you replace or refund payment if I return the pack.

Yes. You will receive a full refund if the product is returned to us unused and in working condition in 15 days from the day it was delivered to you.

You have to bear the courier charge for returning and the refund will be made after we analyse the product and confirm that it is as good as new.

Refund will be made through the same payment method used while purchasing the products. Cheque will be issued to your billing address if you have made payment using Direct Cash Deposit/Cheque/Demand Draft (DD).

Refund will be processed if eligible within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

Does Coremite give Warranty on products?

Yes. We offer replacement warranty for a maximum of 3 business days calculated from the day the product is delivered to the customer.

Warranty is offered under the following conditions.

    Damaged/Faulty/Dead on arrival
    Received Wrong Item

If your reason falls out of the above mentioned conditions please explain us the details. In all conditions when claiming for warranty, the Order number, image of the product and description of the damage should be provided.

The product against which the warranty is claimed should be send to us by courier. The courier charge will be reimbursed at the rates we use. The replacement warranty is fulfilled in 15 business day after analyzing the returned product, in case there is no stock for the item to be replaced you can either choose to receive a full refund or can wait till the stock arrives.

Can i get products on COD / VPP basis?

COD and VPP will be made available very soon, you will be notified if you are a registered user or if we have your email address.

But Now we do not offer product through COD or VPP.

I want to buy a product from you which is not listed on your website. How can I buy that product along with my order for other items?

If the product you want , that is not listed on our site, is related to our listing on coremite.com we will try our very best to assist you in procuring that product.

We will notify you once we have the product in our warehouse and will not charge you till the order is confirmed from your side.

The right to consider your request completely rest on us.

I do not have credit card or an internet banking account, Can I still buy from you?

Sure.

Which courier services do you use for shipping?

We ship our products using DTDC & Speed Post (Indian Postal Service).

How long will it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed and shipped to you within 48 from the time your payment has been confirmed from our side.
